Confident Fat Girls Movement
A Fat Girl’s Confidence is solely for the purpose to uplift and inspire other girls, ladies or women to be fearless in their desires.
ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
Purpose: Women who struggle with overweight issues have a higher chance of suffering with depression as well as mental and emotional issues.
Society has instilled in our head at a very young age what is socially accepted and what is not. It’s important to note that with health issues, physically and/or emotionally, there will be an increase of dissatisfaction about the appearance seen in the mirror. It’s also important to understand there are health risks with overweight such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, inflammation, and heart disease.
The Fat Girl’s Confidence Movement focuses on breaking down the barriers that prevent you from growing into a better version of yourself. The first step is to accept there’s a problem and take responsibility. Learn to love and care for yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. Set goals and accomplish them with the support from all the Fat Girls and myself. It’s time to stop making excuses and take the pledge to start a new chapter of positivity.
The Fat Girl’s Movement Includes:
Having virtual tour access
