I have been listening and coaching others in various areas for over 10 years. I have owned and operated a mental health facility over the past 15 years. I am a over achiever. I like to excel and have tremendous drive and determination. I believe if at first you don’t succeed, try again.
Since birth I have always had to put myself first and stay on my personal growth pattern. Life is nothing but a journey or path and let me be the first to say it’s hard. Life is what you make it and it is full of twists and turns. Don’t forget the let downs and come ups.
You see I have come to learn that nothing stays the same in life. However, when we learn to be confident in ourselves we can adjust to that change for the better. I have been where you are now and have learned the valuable skills of becoming an over-comer, I have been able to discover strength and within that i love showing others how to find these assets within themselves.
